Drinking water in these hot days has become a concern for the residents of the "1 May" neighborhood in Fier.
For almost two years, drinking water in the "1 Maji" neighborhood in Fier has been completely cut off.
The residents have raised their concerns in the media where they say that despite the situation, they continue to pay taxes regularly.
"It's been two months since I've had a drop of water at home, I've complained to the municipality that the water is not coming. I don't know the problem, but the Municipality does. I pay my taxes, I pay with greenery, and he takes my taxes when I don't have greenery", said a resident of the area to the media.
"We have a problem with water, we don't have a drop of water. We have been torturing ourselves with this situation for two months. We have all the bills paid. We went to the municipality as a neighborhood and nothing was done. We are at zero, not a single drop of scheme water" , said another resident.
This is the second year that the residents have this problem, where despite the complaints, the situation was not resolved./ET-CNA.al
