The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, also spoke about the trial of former KLA leaders in today's plenary session.

Balla said that the SP is the only party that has not experienced fluctuations in the Kosovo war and the opposition has had a negative attitude towards the war.

Balla further said that Berisha has not spoken and will never speak about the KLA commanders.

The leader of the SP group accused the leading democrat of supplying Milosevic with oil.

"It is the only party that has not wavered in the fight of the brothers, now we support the call of the veterans and call on the citizens to participate. They made it a condition for us to gather here to discuss it. At the initiative of the SP, 8 declarations and resolutions were approved to support the liberation war of Kosovo. We have done our duty. They have had a negative attitude towards the KLA and the commanders who are unjustly in The Hague, because there is no evidence against them with those many witnesses that are being served. I hope that Tritan Shehu takes what he said seriously, because for the first time in so many years, a representative of the DP is speaking about the KLA commanders in The Hague. I am sure that Sali Berisha has neither spoken nor will he ever speak about the KLA commanders, because we all know his reason for the KLA, for reasons that, at that time, Tritan was the director of 'Shqiponja' when Berisha supplied Milosevic with oil ," he said.
