"Rama 4"/ Kaso: We do not have a new government, but 17 mini Rama,

The leader of the Democratic Party for the Korça region, Ivi Kaso, spoke about the new "Rama 4" government in a television appearance.

Kaso said that most of the consumed figures were confirmed and this brought disappointment to people.

Further, the DP MP said that there is not a new government, but 17 directors commanded by Rama, who he said is himself and the minister of education, finance or order.

Kaso also focused on the Minister of Artificial Intelligence, which he said Rama did to get public attention and escape the responsibility of public procurement.

For the DP MP, a minister with Artificial Intelligence is against the Constitution.

" The new government disappointed most people, it was seen that most of the worn-out figures were confirmed. We are in conditions that have degraded the role and function of the minister, most of the citizens do not know them, they are anonymous. We do not have a new government, we have 17 mini 'Edi Rama' who are directors of the one who is himself the minister of education, order and finance. The Prime Minister is happy to get the attention of public opinion. I believe that a large part interpreted it as creating a human identity. Rama's scandals have mostly come from public procurements and some have seen it as a fabrication to escape responsibility. For me, it is against the Constitution, because the Constitution stipulates that it must be a human being and of a certain age. The President has not decreed the virtual minister, because the Constitution decrees whether it is a human identity and not a virtual one", said Kaso./ CNA
