Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a meeting organized with Tirana MPs and new ministers in the pink headquarters, argued why we cannot wait any longer to go to early elections.

Rama harshly criticized the leadership of the Tirana Municipality by Erion Veliaj, saying that there are many problems, but the most important are public procurements, which are at a historic low and investments have seen a dramatic decline.

Rama said that public transportation and schools also require solutions.

Prime Minister Rama warned of a crackdown on the Municipality of Tirana and said that a source catharsis will begin, and he also warned of harsh punishments for municipal officials who have prevented the release of public spaces.

Prime Minister Rama also sought legitimation from the structures, calling it democratic legitimation.

For the Prime Minister, the situation is urgent.

"A concern that needs to be addressed is the concern that the demand for kindergartens and nurseries is growing more than the supply. For our part, we have defined some criteria for those who want to contribute by fulfilling these criteria. The deputies know the community pressure for schools in areas where schools have been reconstructed or built from scratch.
