"There is no other sex except those that are universally recognized"/

The Chairman of the Health Committee, Bardh Spahia, during the discussion on the changes to the Civil Code, argued his position on this draft law and explained the concepts of gender, sex and other concepts.

 

"We're talking about determining a person's sex at birth, we're not talking about sexual orientation to channel.

XY male, XX female is out of the question, there are some syndromes that do not determine a person's sex. Gender is a concept that society has oriented to normalize certain relationships.

We should not refer to the political positions of some countries, but to the scientific part of defining sex, and here I do not believe that there is no longer any discussion in the world that there are only two sexes. When we talk about intersex, we are not discussing malformations.
