Rilindja analyst Lorenc Vangjeli spoke about the OSCE/ODIHR report, saying that it gave victory to the opposition's claims at the table.

Vangjeli, invited to a television studio, said that both sides are already cheering the victory, as the SP enjoys the result and the opposition enjoys the seal of the OSCE/ODIHR.

It gives a victory on the table to the opposition's claims, while the other side will read the recommendations and say 'let's make some changes together' and nothing will change.
