The Swiss manufacturer of luxury watches Richar Mille together with Ferrari have presented the thinnest watch in the world. It is only 1.75mm thick.
The watch called RM UP-01 is a new standard that can be freely compared to the thickness of a razor blade. Also, RM managed to complete the entire mechanism in a thickness of only 1.18 mm.
The RM UP-01 has the hours, minutes and seconds spread across the thin bezel. The movement was developed by RM and Audemars Piguet Renauld&Papi.
To begin with, the watch will be produced in limited numbers as only 150 such watches will be released on the market at a price of 1,888,0000 dollars./CNA.al
