The news that Shakira has started a new romance with Lucien Laviscount has caused a stir everywhere.

But who is the guy who managed to steal the heart of the Colombian artist?

Lucien Leon Laviscount is a British actor who first rose to fame in 2007 appearing in the teen drama Grange Hill.

He later appeared in several television series, including Coronation Street and Waterloo Road.

In 2015, Laviscount played a character as Earl Grey, in the first season of the horror comedy Scream Queens.

Between 2017-2018, he starred in the comedy crime drama Crackle Snatch, while later in 2021 he reached a worldwide audience in the second season of Emily in Paris.

Among Laviscount's commitments that should be mentioned is definitely his role as Jay in the BBC three-five comedy, "Peacock".

Shakira and Laviscount met on the set of the video clip "Punteria", where the pair appeared together in several sensual scenes.

Afterwards, the two were photographed enjoying dinner at Italian restaurant Carbone in New York City.
