A 64-year-old man was arrested for intentional arson in Maliq.

According to the information, the 64-year-old man with the initials Xh.H. was caught setting fire to a walnut tree with fruit trees, burning some of them and endangering a business nearby due to the wind that favored the flames.

The fire was placed near the village of Sheqeras, yesterday afternoon. It was the intervention of the fire brigade that brought the flames under control, while the police station of Maliqi arrested the 64-year-old in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "destruction of property by fire".
