RENEA through an operation has arrested Marklen Haka, the strongman of Nikla's gang. The police have shared the footage from the operation showing the moments where Marklen Haka was captured.

Barefoot and handcuffed, Marklen Haka is accompanied by the RENEA forces. Other people were also arrested together with Haka.

In the facility where the citizen Marklen Haka alias Marklen Aliu was located, a pistol firearm was found and seized.

This citizen was declared an international wanted person after the decision 49/31 dated 15.05.2024, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, decided to assign the measure of personal security "Arrest in prison", in absence , for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt to the detriment of the DB citizen, committed in the special form of cooperation, that of the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", and "Commitment of criminal offenses by the group structured criminal and criminal organization", provided by articles 78/2, 22, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code, "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder", to the detriment of the DB citizen , carrying out a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", and "Participation in a structured criminal group", provided by articles 80, 28/4, 333/ae 334 of the Criminal Code, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", in cooperation, in the form of a structured criminal group, provided for by articles 278/1, 28/4, 333/a/2 and 334 of the Criminal Code./ CNA
