The police of Elbasan have arrested the 21-year-old man with the initials GS, who obtained sums of money by deceiving the owners of 2 commercial entities and used a minor citizen to receive the money.  

Police notification:

Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the DVP Elbasan, in cooperation with the services of the Gramsh Police Station, following the work to attack criminal activities in the economic and financial field and bringing the perpetrators to criminal responsibility, have hit a case of fraud to make money.

For this case, in cooperation with the Gramsh Police Station, a citizen GS, 21 years old, a resident of Gramsh, was caught and detained on his own initiative.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 21-year-old has benefited from sums of money by defrauding the owners of 2 commercial entities, in the city of Gramsci, and has used a minor citizen to receive the money benefited by fraud.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for the criminal offenses "Fraud" and "Encouraging a minor to commit a crime"./CNA
