HM, 20 years old, and JM, 18 years old (brothers), residents of Tirana, were captured by the police.

The investigations have shown that the two young people, in cooperation with each other, created profiles through virtual applications, and after communicating with different people, mainly of the female gender, provided intimate photo and video materials, and for the non-publication of these materials, they demanded sums different money.
