About 2 years missing/ SPAK separates the file of Ervis Martinaj

This Saturday, the Special Prosecutor's Office gave details of the closing of the investigations for the Metamorfoza 1 file, where it sent 7 people to trial, including the businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, Behar Bajri, the former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita, or the former chief of operations Oltion Bistri.

At the end of the announcement, SPAK says that it has separated the file for other persons who are suspected of being implicated, for whom the security measure has not yet been executed. This list also includes the gambling boss, Ervis Martinaj, who has been missing for almost two years. The most wanted by the police appears in the conversations with Behar Bajri, to whom he asks for the murder of Gjin Ndoji.

Dozens of operations have been carried out to find Martinaj, but so far they have not reached any official conclusion regarding his fate.

Ervis Martinaj has been missing since August 9, 2022. He was declared wanted, as part of the "Golden Bullet" operation, after the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani said that he had offered him a "blank check" in exchange of Indri Dokle's 'head'.
