After the prosecution's investigations, the police arrested a person with the initials JN on the charge of falsifying documents. 

The investigation showed that this citizen, in collaboration with the previously arrested FT, former head of ASHK Gjirokastër, and AM, compiled survey plans and property valuation reports using in dozens of cases forged licenses with the names AT, DH and "Geo" studio -Hospital". 

Notice of the Prosecution:

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër, following the investigations of criminal proceedings No. 51 of 2024, in cooperation with the Economic Crime Sector in the Gjirokastër Local Police Directorate and the General Police Directorate, executed the security measure "Arrest in prison" in charge of the citizen JN, as a person suspected of the criminal offense "Forgery of documents", carried out in cooperation and more than once, provided by article 186/2 of the Criminal Code.

This citizen, in cooperation with previously arrested citizens FT and AM, compiled survey plans and property evaluation reports using in dozens of cases forged licenses with the names AT, DH and "Geo-Spital" studio. The resulting licenses were used not only at ASHK-Gjirokastër, but also in the Directorates of ASHK in Tirana.

In the framework of this proceeding, the court decision was also executed for placing under preventive seizure an area of ??122 (one hundred and twenty-two) hectares of pasture land, located in the place called "Stojan", Municipality of Libohovë, registered in violation of of the law by the citizen FT, former head of ASHK Gjirokastër, in order to favor the entity "F", for the lease of this surface for 98 years for the construction of a photovoltaic park, infringing the property rights of some citizens. For this purpose, control was exercised in the offices of entity "F" in the city of Tirana, where it was possible to seize the documents related to the equipment with a license for the construction of a photovoltaic park./CNA
