Injury in Kavajë/ The father-in-law stabs the son-in-law

An injury was registered this Wednesday afternoon in Kavaja.

The 64-year-old with the initials PD injured his 46-year-old son-in-law with the initials LD with a cutting tool (knife) for family reasons.

The 46-year-old had a conflict with his wife in his apartment. It is suspected that the father-in-law intervened in the conflict to help his daughter, but the situation escalated and the latter injured him with a knife.

The groom went for medical help around 17:00 at the Regional Hospital of Durrës and is out of danger.

The Police Services and the investigative team immediately went to the hospital and to the groom's apartment, where they escorted the father-in-law.

On the other hand, the investigative group, under the guidance of the willing Prosecutor, is working for the complete clarification of the circumstances of the event and the complete legal documentation of the case./ CNA
