Wanted since 2022/ Laert Haxhi's friend is extradited from Greece

This Wednesday, Firdeuss Berberi, friend of Laert Haxhi, was extradited from Greece to our country.

He was declared an international wanted, after the Pogradec Judicial District Court, with a criminal decision dated 29.04.2022, assigned to him the security measure of "prison arrest", for the criminal offense of "intentional murder" remaining attempted and committed in cooperation, "unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "disturbance of public peace", provided by articles 76, 25 and 22, 278/1 and 274 of the Criminal Code.

On April 25, 2022, in Pogradec, it is suspected that Firdeuss Berberi, in cooperation with the citizen GM, wounded the citizen Johan Muçllari with a pistol.

As a result of the cooperation of "Interpol Tirana" with "Interpol Athens" it became possible to arrest him in Greece, being finalized with his extradition to our country./ CNA
