The Police Supervision Agency has announced that police officer E. SH, 38 years old, has been detained, as he is accused of selling drugs. 

The investigations showed that the inspector E. SH. has close social ties with one of the persons arrested two days ago in Tirana. It is learned that the police has been an active part of ensuring the conditions for trading a kilogram of cocaine

The Police Supervision Agency (Tirana Region) has detained the police officer Inspector E. SH., 38 years old, effective in the Directorate of the Special Operational Force under the General Directorate of the State Police, suspected of the criminal offense "Production and sale of substances narcotics", carried out in collaboration.

The arrest of this police officer was carried out following investigations with special methods, in function of the event dated 21.03.2024, where three citizens were arrested red-handed, suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", " Opposition to the police officer" and "Disobedience to police officers".

As a result of intensive investigations, it became possible to secure evidence and facts on the suspicions that the police officer, Inspector E. SH, with close social ties to one of the arrested persons, was an active part of ensuring the conditions for trading of the narcotic substance of 1 Kg of suspected cocaine, as well as having full knowledge of the persons and the place where the exchange of the narcotic substance would take place.
