VIDEO/ Details from the operation in Kapshtica, how many drugs were seized from the 49-year-old

The police of Korça have clarified the details of the "Maskimi" operation in Kapshtica, where a person was caught with drugs.

As CNA reported earlier , the Blues have arrested the citizen with the initials RT, 49 years old, resident in the village of Drenovë in Korça.

Drugs were found during a thorough search of the Benz type vehicle.

The 49-year-old had hidden the cannabis in the trunk, in the canister, in 9 packages with a total weight of 9.3 kilograms.

The 49-year-old intended to traffic this amount, which was seized by the police, towards Greece.

In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, investigations are continuing for the complete documentation of this case and for bringing forward the legal responsibility of other citizens implicated in this criminal activity.

Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
