Tirana police was able to arrest 28-year-old Emiljano Nina, for the accident at the Artificial Lake, where he collided with a "BMW X6" on the side curb of the Artificial Lake.

Also, this citizen was wanted for the criminal offense of "Domestic Violence", as the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana sentenced him to 8 months imprisonment for this criminal offence.
