"January 21"/ SPAK calls Aleks Nika's uncle and wife to testify

SPAK registered 2 days ago the case of "January 21" where 4 protesters were killed on the boulevard in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

On July 22, the Special Prosecutor's Office will summon the uncle and wife of Aleks Nika, a victim during the protest of January 21, 2011.

Mark Nika, the victim's uncle, said that he will hand over an audio tape with evidence from the day the incident took place in front of the Prime Minister's Office.

We remind you that in the protest of January 21, 4 protesters were killed, Aleks Nika, Ziver Veizi, Hekuran Deda and Faik Myrtaj.

Regarding January 21, the Strasbourg Court gave the opinion that it was a 'state crime'. The "Strasbourg" decision of November 14, 2023, called for the punishment of those responsible for state crimes.
