White House: President Biden, 'not involved' in the allegations against Donald Trump

The former president of the USA, Donald Trump, is facing the federal charges brought against him today in court for the secret documents found in his house.

Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about this issue during the daily press conference of the White House.

She remained tight-lipped about former President Trump's lawsuit, refusing to answer reporters' questions about President Joe Biden's views.

"We're going to be very careful here with the Department of Justice and let them do their job ," said Karine Jean-Pierre.

The press secretary of the White House stated that Biden is not involved in this matter.

 "The president has been very, very clear: the Department of Justice is independent" , emphasized Jean-Pierre./ CNA.al
