Former President Trump, again in handcuffs/ He goes to court for the accusations of secret files

Former US President Donald Trump

The former US president, Donald Trump, surrendered and was handcuffed by deputy US marshals.

He is in federal court in Miami, Florida to face charges of secret files.

Specifically, he is in the "Wilkie D Ferguson Jr" court, where he will hear the 37 federal charges against him.

The former American president is accused, among other things, of keeping secret defense documents, conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

This is the second time since April that the former President of the United States of America faces criminal charges.

Unlike the New York case, legal experts have called the federal prosecutors' indictment a stronger case.
