"Serbia wants war and genocide"/ Kurti appeals to the Serbian side:

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that Kosovo wants dialogue and is completely turned away from democracy and the West.

In a media conference, he addressed a call to Serbian partners and citizens who govern in Kosovo, to sit down for talks.

Kurti further emphasized that Kosovo is the 'Government of Peace'

 "What came to us as normalization was the propaganda of the Belgrade gangs. Agreements were made with criminals like Raodvi?i to buy the security of the country. Such a situation is unacceptable for a democratic, European and prosperous state such as the Republic of Kosovo.

The rule of law in Kosovo is indisputable. The Government of Kosovo is in cooperation for dialogue with countries like Serbia. We are the most democratic country. We want to act carefully looking at the situation. Due to the fragility of the situation there and the partnership we have tolerated the postponement of our deadlines. But they also expire. Lawlessness will not and will not be tolerated in any part of our country. I invite all Serbs in Kosovo to work, govern and assemble together with us. Serbia wants the genocide and to bring back the war, we want the European way. The citizens of Serbia must return to the European path. We are a government of peace that wants to maintain stability," Kurti said at the press conference. /CNA.al
