The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has published a video showing details of the attack on the Ibër Lepenc water channel, a few days ago.

Along with the video, Kurti shows that about 20 kg of explosives were placed at this point.

For the prime minister of Kosovo, it is alarming how the infrastructure of Kosovo has been attacked in the same way as Ukraine in the war with Russia.

"Approximately 20kg of explosives were used in last Friday's kinetic terrorist attack on our critical infrastructure. This past week could have been very different had it not been for the swift, coordinated and professional institutional response to mitigate the impact of the damage. As an attack on the civilian population, it could have reduced the country's energy production by 60% and affected access to water for up to 40% of the population. The similarity to Russia's targeting and destruction of critical civilian infrastructure in Ukraine is alarming. This video recounts the events and institutional response within the first 48 hours after the attack, which occurred on November 29. While significant progress has been made, institutional efforts to fully repair the damage and restore normality are still ongoing," Kurti writes./ CNA
