The criminal act took place in September last year, but the minor recently reported the case.

Signal reports that the suspect had taken the girl to a motel and then sexually abused her.

According to the minor girl's testimony, the abuser had taken her against her will to the hotel and threatened to kill her if she did not have intercourse with him.

Also, the same source reports that the suspect recorded the act and then shared the embarrassing footage on Tik-Tok.
