The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has been invited today to give his testimony at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

According to the Kosovar media, it is learned that he will go to the prosecutor's office.

Kurti has been invited as a witness for a case of misuse of official position or authority, but nothing more is known, the media in Kosovo report.

Kurti was summoned by the special prosecution and this development caused immediate reactions within the government.

The government spokesman, Përparim Kryezi, who made this call public, described it as a move with a political background.

"Now, through this invitation, we are trying to influence the outcome of the 2025 elections. The goal remains the same. The method has changed. This is the intervention of the justice system in the electoral process", he said.
