In an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast released Friday, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recounted the abuse his company received from administration officials after it removed certain content from the social media platform.

"People from the Biden administration were calling our team and yelling and cursing and cursing," Zuckerberg told podcast host and comedian Joe Rogan.

Zuckerberg went on to point out that even after receiving abuse, cursing and yelling from the Biden administration, they were determined to remove things that are not true, calling the reactions of administration officials ridiculous.

It's not the first time the Facebook co-founder has stated that administration officials pressured the company to remove posts.

In a letter last year to Rep. Jim Jordan, the Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Zuckerberg said the White House "repeatedly pressured" Facebook to remove "certain COVID-19 content which included humor and satire".

 "They asked us to delete some satirical posts that they didn't like. We of course refused. After that I think they got angry and Biden made a statement," Zuckerberg confessed.

"I don't remember well if it was a press conference, but he basically said that we were killing people by not respecting the demands of the administration. After that, many agencies and branches of the government approached our company and began to investigate us. It was brutal!", said the CEO of META among others./ CNA
