Stop/ The architect received 1800 euros and disappeared, what happened after the broadcast?

At the end of December, we broadcast the case of citizen Edmond Sorra, who said that since the 2019 earthquake, his house was damaged and must be reconstructed. 

He got an engineer for the project and applications to the municipality for building permits. After handing in 1800 euros and after the second permit was rejected by the municipality, the architect Arbër Marini disappeared.

After our broadcast, Mr. Sorra says that the architect returned his money.
