Goditi grupin e xhirimit/ Gjyqtarja zvarrit dënimin për noteren Lleshi

Në Shkurt 2022 zonja Arta Çika denoncoi në “Stop” në Tv Klan procedurën e hapjes së testamentit nga noterja Majlinda Lleshi në Borsh.Testamenti ishtë bërë në vitin 2013. Në testament kishte një seri problemesh. Firma e të moshuarës, që kishte ndërruar jetë, rezultonte e falsifikuar.

Qytetarja Arta Çika shkoi në zyrën e noteres për ballafaqim dhe noterja pranoi shkeljen, por i tha zonjës, se të gjithën ia ka bërë kunata. Qytetarja Arta Çika mbeti peng në zyrën e noteres Majlinda Lleshi, pasi kjo e fundit nuk e la të dalë. Pasi erdhi policia, noterja Lleshi në sy të forcave të rendit kërcënoi gazetarin e “Stop”, se do ta vriste, duke e goditur fizikisht atë dhe kameramanin.

Një vit e dy muaj pas ngjarjes rë rëndë, gjyqtarja Vjollca Spahiu ende nuk ka dhënë drejtësi, por vetëm ka zvarritur gjykimin. Incidenti me grupin e xhirimit, ishte në dritën e diellit dhe prokurori i çështjes ka formuluar veprën penale “goditje për shkak të detyrës” në ngarkim të noteres Majlinda Lleshi./ tvklan
