The state-owned biometric document production company, "IdentiTek", has brought a new service to Albanian citizens.

Through a payment of 3 thousand lek, every citizen can be provided with an electronic ID card within 3 days.

Continuing its commitment to innovation and facilitating access to services, "IdentiTek", under the Ministry of Interior, aims to be as close as possible to citizens, offering products and services that improve their lives.

The application is carried out at any "IdentiTek" office throughout Albania. The procedure is simple:

• Buy the coupon (with expedited procedure);

• Take with you the old document or the self-declaration of loss/theft from e-Albania;

• Apply at one of the "IdentiTek" offices;

• Pick up the new card at the same place where you applied.

This service is accessible to all Albanian citizens, including:

• Those who are provided with an electronic ID card for the first time;

• Those who renew an expired document;

• Those seeking replacement due to expiration, damage or loss./ CNA
