Veliaj cheats in the Administrative Court

Erion Veliaj has lied before the Administrative Court where the court hearing is taking place for his ridiculous lawsuit against prosecutor Ols Dado.

Veliaj shamelessly stated that prosecutor Ols Dado wore the state uniform and kidnapped him.

"He put on the state uniform and kidnapped me," Veliaj said in court.

The facts speak otherwise and his arrest was publicly witnessed. Instead of being handcuffed as is proper in the application of the law like any citizen of this Republic, he walked out of the office in a Serb-Serbian manner and got into the vehicle where he was escorted to the cell, and not a police vehicle as would normally have happened to an ordinary citizen. By decision of the Court, Veliaj was arrested. 

Veliaj does not stop the lies, but fabricates them again and again. He said that the prosecutor is in a conflict of interest because, according to him, he initiated the investigation because the request for an extension to the construction permit was not accepted, but for 341 days he has not produced a single document with the prosecutor's signature requesting the permit and no document with his signature for the refusal.

We recall that Erion Veliaj called SPAK prosecutors his colleagues. He said that the justice system was the right one, that the right investment had been made, how did they kidnap him? Did his colleagues kidnap him?

On the other hand, for a year now, he has been indefinitely postponing the trials at the GJKKO because he is afraid of facing the accusations, evidence and facts that the prosecutors have found./ CNA
