Tender violations/Preliminary trial for the mayor of Kolonja and 14 other

This Tuesday, the preliminary trial for the mayor of the colony, Erion Isai, is taking place at the Special Court.

Isai is part of a legal process along with 14 other officials and former officials, accused of violating equality in tenders.

In addition to Isai, the defendants are:

Eljona Mydini – Former Deputy Mayor of Kolonjë Municipality

Erjon Cenko – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Angel Dine – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Ermal Zylfo – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Armand Tafil – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Muharrem Tartari – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Shpëtim Liço – Employee of the Municipality of Kolonjë

Ergys Verdho – Former Head of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency

Erald Elezi – Former Director at ARRSH

Genti Raça – Head of Prevention at the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ARRSH)

Donika Shehu – Former specialist at ARRSH

Klarita Konomi – Former specialist at ARRSH

Nikollaq Mihali – Specialist at the ARA

Erdit Salillari – Sector Manager at ARRSH

The investigations were conducted in relation to the procurement procedure with the object “Construction of the Korçë-Ersekë road, Lot 2 (part one)”; the procurement procedure with the object: “Supervision of works for the construction of the Korçë-Ersekë road, lot 2 (part one)” and the procurement procedure with the object: “Supervision of works for the construction of the Ersekë Water Supply and several villages, Phase two from the Kozel springs”.
