Due to heavy rainfall, vehicle movement has been difficult...
Heavy rainfall has caused flooding in several segments of the Durrës-Tirana highway, significantly hindering vehicle movement. As a result, heavy traffic has been created and vehicles are moving at low speeds.
Drivers are reporting difficulties in crossing, while in some places water has partially covered the road lanes. Road authorities and police are on the ground to manage the situation and direct traffic.
