Kujtim Cakrani, the lawyer of former president Ilir Meta, has shared a reaction regarding the transfer of the Vlora Cadastre to Tirana.

Through a video post on social media, Cakrani has ironized Prime Minister Edi Rama, saying that with this act, the government led by him has taken away many institutional units from the residents.

"We were very pleased that the beloved prime minister of Vlora also removed the mortgage. Before, he removed the flag square, the port, the sazan, the zvernec, he removed all the justice, he removed the Court of Appeal and now, finally, even the mortgage.
But one thing, the prime minister has left them to the slaves, because the people of Vlora are slaves of the party. I am very pleased, he has left them the madhouse. The madhouse will not move from Vlora, people! There you have it, the prime minister will leave you.
