Flamur Noka, numri dy i PD-së, i cili pasi u emërua në këtë post u zhduk, ka filluar t’i vijë zëri së fundmi.
Sot ka dalë duke "vajtuar: blloqet e betonit të Irfan Hysenbelliut me të cilat kishte zaptuar bregun e detit në Golem.
Halli i Nokës, është resorti i Hysenbelliu dhe jo prona publike e zaptuar prej tij.
