With his hands in his pockets, the mayor of Kuçova appears again at SPAK

On Monday, the head of the Municipality of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, appeared again at SPAK. He is accompanied by his lawyer, Teodhori Sollaku.

Hajdari appeared calm and with his hands in his pockets as he was filmed by the cameras. 

In the middle of November, the Special Prosecutor's Office communicated the charge to the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, for falsifying the forms, thus being taken as a defendant.

This decision came after the Central Election Commission did not terminate his mandate even though Hajdari received a 4-month sentence in Greece converted to a fine of 1,500 drachmas more than 20 years ago.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, Hajdari was convicted by a final decision on June 23, 1999 by the Court of First Instance of Ioannina for illegal entry into Greek territory without a permit, sentencing him to 4 months in prison./ CNA
