Masa ndalimi i daljes jashtë vendit/ Balluku, rekurs në Gjykatën e Lartë

Zëvendëskryeministrja Belinda Balluku ka depozituar rekurs në Gjykatën e Lartë kundër masës shtrënguese të vendosur nga Gjykata e Posaçme, e cila i ndalon asaj daljen jashtë vendit.

Ndërkohë, Balluku nuk ka ankimuar masën e pezullimit nga ushtrimi i detyrës, pasi Gjykata e Apelit e ka pezulluar atë deri në vendimin e Gjykatës Kushtetuese.

Dy masat u vendosën nga GJKKO me kërkesë të Prokurorisë së Posaçme, në kuadër të hetimeve për tenderat e Tunelit të Llogarasë dhe ndërtimin e loteve të Unazës së Madhe. Më 16 dhjetor 2025, SPAK i kërkoi Kuvendit autorizimin për arrestimin e Ballukut.

Çështja e pezullimit nga detyra është dërguar në Gjykatën Kushtetuese nga qeveria, e cila e konsideron masën antikushtetuese dhe si cenim të imunitetit të anëtarëve të Këshillit të Ministrave.

Gjykata Kushtetuese e shqyrtoi çështjen më 22 janar, por vendimi është shtyrë, pasi disa nga anëtarët kërkuan më shumë kohë për formimin e qëndrimit të tyre./ CNA
