Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the departure of Gladis Nano from the direction of the Police.

Ndjela referred to what the chronicle journalists wrote, that according to them the clash started in connection with two arrest warrants that SPAK handed over to the police last week to be executed as part of the investigation into the incinerators file and that according to them Rama has requested a postponement in execution time.

“Kjo është e rëndë, duhet të ishte shprehur SPAK. Nëse ky nuk respekton urdhër-arrestet e SPAK që është superfuqi sot, arrestohet ky. Nuk do t'ja dijë SPAK. Ka marrëdhënie juridike mes SPAK dhe policisë por SPAK ka dhe forcat speciale për arrestet. Udhërarrestet e SPAK nuk ka forcë ti ndalojë. Nuk besoj se është kjo por po të jetë është shumë e rëndë”, është shprehu Ngjela në Ora news.

Sipas Ngjelës kjo do të thotë se Rama nuk ka dashur ta shkarkojë por mund të jetë një detyrim politik ose mund të jetë një ngjarje e jashtëzakonshme.

“Në situata të tilla këta japin dorëheqjen, fakti që nuk e ka dhënë ka mundësi  që Rama dhe Ministri i Brendshëm i kanë kërkuar dorëheqjen, ky nuk ka pranuar. Ata e kanë lënë për njëfarë kohe. Çështja është agravuar më shumë dhe e kanë pushuar. Kjo do t'ju dalë, mbajeni mend”, është shprehur më tej ai.

The lawyer also commented on the reaction of the American Embassy to the dismissal of the chief police officer.

"She tells the director that we are not the promoters of this issue, first. But it would be a powerful political cause if the Embassy had thanked him for his work before he was fired. Then we could talk politically", Ngjela further said.
