GJKKO sentences Gjergj Cukali to 25 years in prison

Gjergji Cukali

On Wednesday, the Special Court sentenced Gjergj Cukali to 25 years in prison in connection with the incident of the explosive explosion against the businessman Gjon Mena in Kamëz.

Cukalin was accused of the attempted murder of Gjon Mena, destruction of property with explosives, possession of weapons and participation in a structured group.

Meanwhile, the repentant justice Enver Jamaku has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for entering things into the apartment of Edmond Saraci, threatening the lawyer Paulin Paplekaj and finding stored weapons of war in the premises of Sokol Xhura, as an accomplice of the first in a structured criminal group .

For 20 years in a row, the name of Gjergj Cukalin, the "strongman" of Myslym Shyr, has been inextricably linked with crime, the Police and justice./ CNA
