Prime Minister Edi Rama announced once again in the Assembly today the initiative that will be undertaken soon for constructions without permission and that will start first in Tirana.

He also spoke about the demolition of the "Prestige Resort", where he stated that the brutality of the constructions will end and that every penny that will be received from the fines for these builders will go towards the expropriation of the townspeople in the areas of May 5, Astir, or the Ring.

From the floor of the Assembly, the head of the government mentioned the demolitions at "Prestige Resort", while mocking the opposition MPs. Rama vowed that the brutality of the constructions will end.

“Urime që jeni tharë pasi u zhytët në pishina e Irfan Hysenbelliut. Kjo tregon që ju punojnë mirë tharëset e flokëve.
