The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has congratulated the winner of the race for the head of the Youth Forum, Besart Xhaferrin. 

Berisha says that the re-dimensioning of youth in FRPD is vital for the victory of the party.

"Dear friends, today I attended a meeting and congratulated Besart Xhaferi on his election to the post of FRPD chairman. I emphasized that the all-round re-dimensioning of the role of young people in FRPD is of vital importance for the future and victory of the Party Democratic.
