"Acromax" is revealed/ Erion Veliaj exposes a fraudulent company

On the same day, the company "Acromax" appeared, headed by Aldor Ninin, who asked us to remove the news, without any authorization, without any legal order, just like a gang of fines that this time attacked the media.

We did not agree, but it was claimed by the company that it was a false news, according to the evidence collected by it in the institutions.

While the news was published on the same day, that is, on Tuesday, July 2, 2019, at 9:15 a.m., the question is where and how did "Acromax" collect the evidence or how did it perform the verifications in the institutions?

So it seemed that everything was an abuse. We communicated with the company, stood in front of them and showed them that it is not "fake news", giving them all the explanations why we call Veliaj the second murderer of Ardi Gjoklaj, although we had no legal obligation.

Everything is related to the event of 2016, where Ardit Gjoklaj was found dead in the Sharra landfill, an area that was trumpeted as safe by Veliajt.

But, despite clarifications and arguments, it was still requested to remove the material and after this was not accepted from our side, we were threatened that the server would be reported.

The next day, the server report also came out, where it was said that the report was made in Germany. ( Read here )  

From Dhurata Isufaj, it was announced that the CNA.al domain has been reported  to our server to the company in Germany, with the claim that we have abused a photo of Erion Veliaj, in a published news.

However, the scandal lies in the fact that the "Acromax" company, led by Aldor Ninin, has exercised minimal blackmail and referred to the Criminal Code, has stolen the authority of the state institution because with an email sent on August 20, 2019 to the address of CNA.al, from the Municipality of Tirana, it is emphasized that the mayor Veliaj does not have any company to deal with his image.

So, "Acromax" practiced blackmail and stole the authority of a public institution, after speaking on its behalf and demanding that the news of this institution be removed.

While "Acromax", led by Aldor Ninin, claims to represent his image, the Municipality of Tirana denies such a thing.

This is an unprecedented scandal with the Albanian media, when a private company intervenes to remove a story about a politician and a public institution, and then it turns out that the private company did it for its own interests, because the public institution and the mayor deny it.

What are the reasons why "Acromax media", led by Aldor Ninin, has done this? The clarifications should be given to the Prosecutor's Office, where the file for this flagrant case was submitted, which constitutes an open violence against the media and the speech of free in Albania ./CNA.al
