OFFICIAL/ Salary increase and renewal, Juventus "blinds" the starter

Juventus have officially renewed Weston McKennie's contract until June 30, 2030.

The news comes during a difficult sporting period for the team, with only two wins in the last eight matches and elimination from the Champions League.

The American midfielder has had a positive season, scoring eight goals and providing seven assists. He joined the Turin club in 2020 from Schalke 04 and has made over 200 appearances for the black and whites.

The new contract also foresees a significant salary increase, from 2.5 million euros net to around 4 million plus bonuses.

The club's management considers McKennie an important element for the technical project. The player himself expressed his satisfaction with the continuity and thanked the fans for their support.
