Ze Maria has returned to Italian football, becoming part of Parma's technical staff. It is the Italian club that, through an announcement on the official channel, announces that the Brazilian will be the new assistant coach in the age teams of this club.

"José Marcelo Ferreira, known as "Ze Maria" (Oeiras, Brazil, July 25, 1973), has signed with the club as an assistant coach for the age group.
