Embarrassing scene, the Brazil star is hit with bananas

Brazil has won the last friendly before the world championship in Qatar, defeating Tunisia 5-1. However, the meeting played in Paris saw ugly scenes.

On the day when Brazil's players unfurled a banner against racism with the phrase "Without the black players we wouldn't have five stars on the shirt", the not-so-pleasant scenes were repeated at the Parc des Princes.

It all happened in the 19th minute when the striker of Brazil and Tottenham in the English Championship, Richardson, went towards the corner flag to celebrate the goal that gave his team a 2-1 lead.

Just as the striker was celebrating the scored goal, a banana was thrown at him. It was then his teammate, Fred, who kicked the banana out of bounds.

However, the images of the banana aimed at the Brazil striker have immediately gone viral, in yet another ugly episode of racist behaviour.

This was the second occasion when a Brazilian player was offended, as it all started weeks ago in the Madrid derby, when Vincius Junior was insulted in chorus by Atletico fans with chants of "Vinicius is a monkey".

This was the primary reason why Brazil's players decided to take the field against Tunisia, holding the banner against any form of racism in football.
