President Duka participates in the inauguration of the new UEFA office in

UEFA today inaugurated its new representative office in Istanbul, marking a significant expansion of its global presence. This is UEFA’s third international office, following those in London and Brussels, and will play a strategic role in the preparations for the 2032 European Championship in Turkey and Italy.

The ceremony took place in a festive atmosphere in the Turkish city and was attended by important figures from football and politics. Among those present was the President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, along with other leaders such as the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin, members of the UEFA Executive Committee and heads of various European federations.

During his speech, President Ceferin praised the importance of this new office, emphasizing the key role it will play in organizing the finals of the 2032 European Championship. "We want to share our experience, which is why we decided to open an office here in cooperation with the Turkish Football Federation. Our goal is clear: To make the 2032 European Championship in Turkey - Italy the best ever," said the head of European football's government, also emphasizing Turkey's organizational capacities in major football events.
