Mario Gotze cheered for Argentina in the World Cup final

The name Mario Götce brings back only bitter memories for Argentina fans. The striker's goal gave Germany a 1-0 victory in the 2014 final and brought tears to the eyes of Argentina, who were hoping eight years ago to regain the trophy they had missed since 1986.

He finally succeeded this Sunday, in the final of the 2022 World Cup, beating France on penalties and to everyone's surprise, with Mario Götçen as an ardent "seleccion" fan.

The German footballer has posted pictures on social networks while watching the match and eating dinner. After the final, he posted a photo showing Messi, while his wife, An-Kethrin Bromel, published a video that he also shared, as he celebrated with his little son Rome for the victory of Scalon's Argentina.
