Crisis at Milan, Leao makes decision about future

Despite the many problems this season, Rafael Leao does not want to leave Milan. He wants to stay and help the team to recover.

On a personal level, Leao feels good in Milan. His connection with the city, the club and the fans is strong, as his recent messages on social media show. Despite rumors predicting offers from big clubs or the sirens of Saudi Arabia, the Portuguese has not given any signal of leaving. Reaffirming his desire to stay in Milan and be part of the project of the future is an important signal, especially at such a delicate moment for the club.

Although there could be concrete interest from big European clubs in the summer, perhaps even an attempt to activate his €175m release clause, Leao seems adamant in his intention to stay. He wants not just to be part of the project, but to be its leader, the figure around whom a new, more competitive and ambitious Milan is built.
