The Municipality of Struga in North Macedonia has by law prohibited tourists from walking around the city in beachwear.

Through a statement on the networks, the institution of the Municipality of Struga writes that the behavior of the visitors is the image of the city, so everyone present in the cities, temporary or not, should maintain the positive image of Struga.

Respect for public order!

In order to respect public order, especially during the summer tourist season, along the central promenade (from the Qarshi Bridge and to the Green Market), it is forbidden to walk in bikinis and beach panties all day long.

We ask all guests and tourists, who are cooling off at the lake or at Drini i Zi, to respect the rules of etiquette and public order, not showing nudity on public surfaces and spaces.
