If you're looking to lose weight, lifting weights is a great choice! This way you will remove excess fat and build muscles that accelerate your metabolic rate, helping you burn more calories even while you sleep. Muscles can burn three times more calories when they are resting.
Track the food you eat
Tracking the food you eat really works because it makes you more accountable for your food choices. Research has shown that people who track what they eat lose twice as much weight as those who don't.
Do the physical activity that suits you best
